Terms:

Reservation Deposit:   Half payment with signed lease.

Full Payment six weeks prior to rental start date.

Payment: Check/Cash.

 

Add Security Deposit: $300 .  Cleaning Fee $100

 

Schedule:  Sunday 3PM until Following Sunday at 11AM.

 

Conditions: (See agreement for all terms.)

·          No Pets

·          No Loud Noise—quiet residential area

·          Minimize sand in house (two outside showers—One fully enclosed)

·          Responsible for bikes and other equipment

·          Check out promptly to allow cleaning
